The Homer's Smarter Brain is a commercial for the Pentium II processor chip created by Euro RSCG/DSW Partners . It aired first in November 8th 1998 for the season premiere of X- files, and it ran until December 31st.
Plot
In an operating theater, surgeons implant an Intel chip into Homer's brain. Two weeks later, Homer is in Springfield University giving a lecture about the Super Donut.
