So You've Decided to Steal Cable is an informational pamphlet handed out by employees of Springfield Cable to their customers.
History
When Homer got the Springfield Cable employee to install free cable in his house, he asked if it was legal. The employee gave Homer the pamphlet and told him to read it in case he changed his mind.
The pamphlet states stealing cable is allowed because the cable company corporations are big and faceless. Upon reading this, Homer no longer felt bad about stealing cable.
