Company Information

Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard is a sandwich franchise chain restuarant. Trudy Zengler is the vice-president for development.
History
After Marge's sandwiches were popular among pupils at Springfield Elementary School, Trudy Zengler introduced herself to Marge and gave her a pamphlet for Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard. She asked Marge if she would like to run her own business and take control of her financial future. Zengler also told Marge that she couldn't afford not to open up a franchise. After this, Marge agreed to open up a business.
After Marge's business was created, she hired Gil Gunderson, Shauna Chalmers, and the squeaky-voiced teen. The business was semi-successful, but when the Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard Express opened up across the street, Marge's business failed to meet standards, and, with the helped of Moe, managed to convince Zengler into giving Marge back her original investment.
