Continuity

  • This short is referenced in the episode "Lisa the Greek", when Lisa mentions that she and Homer used to have burping contests but she out grew it. This is a reference to Lisa's change in personality as in the shorts and first season she was a stereoype of a regular kid rather than a stereotypical smart kid.
