Personally, I don't believe it's non-canon, just an error that was made by crew. But if we had to say officially, I'd just say he's some guy lying (the "real" Skinner, that is), thus canon. Non-canon
After a lot of speculation about the canonicity of this episode, I think it is non-canon due to the events of "Boy Meets Curl". The baby looks a lot like Armin/Seymour, not like the "real" Seymour. The Solar Dragon (Talk - Contribs.) 04:27, 19 August 2011 (EDT)
