Angelica Button and the Deadly Denouncement is the final volume in the Angelica Button series by T. R. Francis. The Simpsons attended the release of this book dressed in costumes of the characters from the books.
Plot
Angelica Button returns in her final adventure, accompanied by her ever faithful companions, Rick Weasle and Sam Puckle. Amicus Greystache the recently deseased Headmaster of Springwart's School of Magicry has left them a life-threatening task to destroy the remaining Pectuses (the parts of Lord Evilton's soul) and save the magical and non-magical world. Along the way outside of school, she comes across many enemies and, she realises, Greystache has resided in her cat since his death. He rises from it and tells Angelica that the last Pectus lies in her heart and Evilton must kill her to kill himself.
