Plot
The Simpson family are eating breakfast and Lisa is sad, as her family can't afford to buy the ticket for the Biff Westwood concert. Homer then takes Bart and Lisa to the Springfield Mall to buy a birthday present for Patty and Selma.
After they bought the gift in Eleanor Rigby's, Homer run to the Soft `N´ Doughy and left Bart and Lisa alone. Bart wants to go to Noiseland but Lisa discovers that Westwood will visit the store Cee-Dee Cauldron in the mall. Lisa and Bart go to the crowd and start waiting for Westwood, and after two hours without Westwood coming, the crowd becomes angry and Westwood's manager tries to calm them down.
To get to the arcade as fast as possible, Bart dresses himself out to Westwood. When the girls see him they start chasing him and rips off his shorts. When Lisa discovered that Bart was Westwood, his manager comes and thanks Bart for the stunt trick as it saved his skin. The manager gave Bart and Lisa two tickets to tonight's concert as a thanks. During the concert, Lisa said that she will always remember what Bart did for her. Bart asks her not to remind him of what he had done.
