The Chinese spies
The Chinese Intelligence in America (CIA) are a Chinese intelligence branch in the USA.
History
After Bart Simpson sent letters to all of America's enemies offering nuclear secrets in return for a dirt bike, the CIA come after him and accept his offer. Bart gets the bike but goes back to collect the flash drive with information as he feels guilty. The CIA then take Homer Simpson instead.
Behind the Laughter
The Chinese Intelligence in America is a reference to/parody of the Central Intelligence Agency, also abbreviated to CIA.
