David Hyde Pierce (born April 3, 1959) is an American actor and comedian, best known for playing Fraiser Crane's brother Niles on Fraiser. He voiced Cecil Terwilliger in the season 8 episode "Brother from Another Series" and in the season 19 episode "Funeral for a Fiend". Sideshow Bob is voiced by Kelsey Grammer who played Fraiser Crane.
