Skobo's is a restaurant located between Springfield and Portland.
History
Homer was going with Bart to Upward Bound and they stopped at the restaurant Skobo's. Homer order a meal with bacon and Bart went to toliet. After Bart not come back after a while thought Homer that he escaped. Homer opened the toilet window and called after Bart and got stuck. Bart then tells to Stavros at Homer tries to escape. Stavros runs to the bathroom where Homer is stuck in the window and hit him in the ass with a frying pan while Bart escape.
