Colonel Hapablap is an Air Force officer who made an appearance in the episode Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming. He is voiced by actor R. Lee Ermey (who served in the United States Marine Corps). Hapalap apparently had a penchant for using bad language and cussing out his fellow soldiers whenever he doesn't get his way (such as another soldier using his restroom), to which Sideshow Bob used to his advantage to gain access to a Nuclear Warhead Storage Facility within the base and steal one of the nukes. Hapablap references Full Metal Jacket, one of Ermey's films, with a quote from the film: "What is your major malfunction?!"
