The Springfield Dinner Theater serves entrées to its audience while simultaneously putting on plays.
When Homer was working as a food critic for The Springfield Shopper, he gave bad reviews to both the restaurant and the play that was being shown that night.[1] The theater was the site of an assassination attempt on Mayor Quimby by the Springfield Mafia.[2]
