Song of the Wild Beasts was to be a song sung by the Wild Beasts in Lisa's nightmare in the episode The Girl Who Slept Too Little, but it was scrapped for timing purposes. The music was written by Alf Clausen and the lyrics by John Frink. A demo recording of the song sung by, in singing order, Hank Azaria, Dan Castellaneta, Harry Shearer and Tress MacNeille, a pianist, a guitarist, a tuba player, a bassist, and a drummer, appears as the second bonus track on the album The Simpsons: Testify.
