Pay & Park & Pay is a parking garage where Bart, Homer and Lisa Simpson met Waylon Smithers, Jr. after Sideshow Bob was elected to be the new mayor of Springfield. Smithers gave them there the clue that made them able to figure out how Sideshow Bob cheated in the mayoral election.
