Professor Frink's father is being awarded the Nobel prize posthumously, and Professor Frink is there to accept it on his behalf. However, Frink Sr. manages to reanimate himself by ripping out the organs of many of the residents of Springfield. Frink Sr. makes it to the ceremony and tries to make amends with his son for his recent behavior; however, he goes on another rampage through the audience, killing many and taking their brains. After putting on each brain like a hat, he learns all that they know, and after one of these incidents, he learns "The pyramids were actually built by Sears."<ref>"[[Treehouse of Horror XIV]]"</ref>
