Viktor was a Ukrainian mob boss, who used to live in Kiev, Ukraine. He was an enemy of Wayne Slater.
History[edit]
Viktor was once at a party when terrorists started attacking, and Viktor's wife was shot, accidentally caused by Wayne.
A while later at his home, Viktor looked through his e-mails and found a link to MyTube. After watching "Auto-tune disaster victim", he saw a video showing Wayne attacking Mr. Burns. He went to Springfield, and found Homer there. He asked him if he knew Wayne, but Homer replied he had left. Viktor then asked if Wayne had any friends, to which Homer first replied he didn't, then said "except me".
