The Simpsons Totally Twisted is a party game released exclusively by Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom in 2002. Designed for two to six players, it is a physical balance game inspired by Twister, in which players place different body parts on a large floor mat according to the results of two twelve-sided spinners while attempting to remain standing.

The game is played on a 1.5 × 1.5 m (5 × 5 ft) floor mat featuring colored spaces decorated with characters and imagery from The Simpsons. Players take turns spinning two twelve-sided spinners: one determines the body part to be used, while the other indicates the target space on the mat. As the game progresses, players are forced into increasingly awkward positions while trying to maintain their balance. A player is eliminated if they fall or are unable to complete the required move, and the last remaining player wins the game.
