Ranger Rick is a fictional raccoon featured in the magazine of the same name.
History[edit]
Bart complained that the TV in the Flanders family bomb shelter was not working, so Ned gave him a censored version of Ranger Rick, placing black bars over the private parts of presumably naked cartoon animals, including in Ranger Rick, a bear, a dolphin, and a centipede. In the issue, Ranger Rick, with the help of the dolphin and the bear, were putting out a campfire.
