The Lombardo Method is a trademark painting technique created by Professor Lombardo. The mothod consists of seeing everyday objects as simple geometrical shapes, such as circles, trapezoids, ellipses and rhombuses.

History[edit]

The "Lombardo Method" helped Marge when she was practicing painting a portrait of Homer. Eventually, she painted a picture of Homer sleeping on the couch in his underwear. She called it "Bald Adonis," which won the First Prize at the Springfield Art Exhibit. She also used the method to paint Mr. Burns.
