"Germs of Endearment" is an episode of The Itchy & Scratchy Show.

Plot

Scratchy visits Dr. Itchy's office to get a tonsillectomy, which is today's special. Itchy opens Scratchy's mouth, ties Scratchy's organs to a brick, and tosses the brick out the window. Scratchy's organs are yanked out of him and start falling along with the brick. Scratchy dives out the window, catches up to his organs, and succeeds in stuffing them back into himself, only to be impaled on a cactus when he lands.
