Elliot Lurie (born August 19, 1948) is an American singer/musician. He received a special thanks for the albums The Simpsons Sing the Blues and The Yellow Album.
He also wrote the music and lyrics to the hit song Brandy which can heard sung by Julie Kavner as the voice of Selma in the episode "Principal Charming".
