Bart Simpson's Guide to the Last Day of Summer Vacation is a The Simpsons Summer Shindig comic story first printed in The Simpsons Summer Shindig #1.
It's Bart's last day of summer vacation and he gives tips on how to make this day as good as possible. First you sleep as long as possible and when you put on your clothes you must wear the stinkest clothes you own. For lunch, you eat a box of cookies and you must also pack the most important things for school—in Bart's case, a couple of eggs. And then you fill your head with garbage—for Bart, it means you must read comics and play video games. Then it's time to test new things for the year—in Bart's case, shooting milk through his nose. After that it's time to play with the dog—in Bart's case, let it chase a headlight that moves through the house and throw a frisbee in the garden.
Then it's time to go hamper surfing, which Bart does on the stairways. In the evening when it's time to sunbathe you do it naked and you realize that the day was wonderful and you wish every day was the last day of vacation. Marge is cleaning up after Bart and reminds him that now it will be five days for her to rest, leading Bart to realize that he can do what he did today every weekend.
