- "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?? Are we there yet??? Homer drops Bart and Lisa off at an amusement park for the day, but it's not until he is long gone that they realize that the park is abandoned and that their thirst for adventure is about to be replaced by the threat of survival."
Homer plans to have a day with Bart and Lisa, but instead he lets them explore Tetanus Town by themselves while he visits Moe's. Bart and Lisa discover that the park is closed due to unsafe conditions. Bart goes into the park anyway and Lisa follows him. They decide to start with the safest ride, the carousel. Bart and Lisa encounter the bullies, who don't want people to know that they like the rides, so they chase Bart and Lisa through the park. Bart and Lisa jump onto a boat, but the bullies follow them on a service boat. They go through a tunnel, where the engine breaks after being hit by hammers and sickles. Bart and Lisa grab onto a mechanical snake and the bullies crash into a helicopter. The bullies ask Bart and Lisa for help. Bart doesn't want to help them, but Lisa helps them to the surface. They are then discovered by the guards, who tell them that they are visiting a prohibited area. Bart tells them that some kids were stealing souvenirs and they went out to check it because it was important. Bart tells Lisa that he is sorry that he did not want to help the bullies, who overhear him and start chasing him again because he almost let them drown. Lisa hopes that Bart will one day learn to be quiet.
