Wall or Nothing is a Simpsons Comic story. In America and the UK it was released in Simpsons Comics #50. It was also featured in the book Simpsons Comics Royale.
Plot
The Lower Springfield Lake is closed for Upper Springfield water use. At a town meeting, Lisa reveals that Upper Springfield and Lower was never reunited by Jebidah Springfield's son. The town reparts and they build a wall. Lower Springfield is the side with water, and Upper is the more snooty side, which is out of water. Milhouse and Bart are stuck on opposites sides as Milhouse is staying with his dad, so Bart hosts a rescue mission. After a brief skirmish, the town reunite, forgetting there old problems and the whole town (except Wendell) goes skinny dipping.
