Tutorial Gameplay
In the tutorial of The Simpsons: Tapped Out placing the players three trees, Homer's hammock, buying a land expansion, visit another Springfield, cleaning up Springfield, buying a Mystery Box, building the Brown House, Kwik-E-Mart and Flanders house.
Gameplay
After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark:
- Lisa: We should find another Springfield to visit.
- Lisa: And the more friend we have, the more money we get from the Daily Bonus!
The player then receives "I Choo-Choo-Choose You" which is to "Add Friends"
After tapping on Homers's exclamation mark:
- Homer: *bzzt* *bzzt* What's that?
- Lisa: It's your myPad. Are you STILL playing that stupid game, after everythinkg that's happened?
- Homer: Of course not! Now if you'll excuse me, I have som pretend crops to pretend harvest.
The player then receives "myPad" which is to "Make Homer Play with his myPad". It takes 46 seconds. The player receives total 
130 and 
11 in reward.
After tapping on Ned's exclamation mark:
- Ned: Hi-dilly-ho, neighborenos!
- Homer: Stupid Flanders, getting into the game so early.
After tapping on Ned's exclamation mark:
- Ned: More than one Springfield?
- Ned: That's like saying there's more than one God! And that's Apu talk!
The player then receives "That Ain't Right" which is to "Condemn Science". It takes 46 seconds. The player receives total 130 and 11 in reward.
- Lisa: Mr. Flanders, aren't we supposed to be hospitable to strangers?
- Ned: By golly Lisa, you're right! Perhaps a power walk will calm my nerves. I need to get prefontaine in the membrane.
- Sign: You unlocked a new job for Ned! You can now send him for a Power Walk.
After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark:
- Lisa: I'm going to read this book about famous jazz musicians, outside. You should come with me, Dad.
- Homer: I'd love to enjoy some nature, but there's nowhere to sit. Maybe I'll stay inside and watch the game.
The player then receives "Getting Benched" which is to "Place a Bench", "Make Lisa Read a book", and "Have a Tree". The player receives total 100 and 10 in reward.
After placing the bench:
- Homer: A bench? Thanks sweetie.
- Homer: But Daddy is kind of into game now, and if Daddy doesn't yell at the TV, Daddy is worried the stupid referee won't know what a stupid jerk he is.
After tapping on Homers's exclamation mark:
- Homer: I need a break, and to go pee.
- Homer: How about building me a swiming pool, and killing two birds with one stone?
The player then receives "Hardly Working" which is to "Place the Kiddie Pool". The player receives total 100 and 10 in reward.
- Sign: You unlocked a new job for Homer! You can now send him to Lounge in the Pool.
After tapping on Apu's exclamation mark:
- Apu: Mr. Simpson. I believe I can help reconstruct Springfield. Kwik-E-mart is now offering Scratch-Rs! FOr the low, low price of 250 money, ou have a change to win 10,000 money!
- Lisa: Isn't that gambling?
- Homer: Nonsense Lisa, you can't lose in a social game.
After tapping on Apu's exclamation mark:
The player receives "Put Up a Parking Lot" which is to "Build a Parking Lot for the Kwik-E-Mart x2". The player receives total 100 and 10 in reward.
After tapping on Apu's exclamation mark: What is this? The Kwik-E-Mart is not supposed to have lawn! Where is the comforting pavement?
- Sign: You can place pavement around Springfield and even under buildings, like the Kwik-E-Mart.
The player receives "Pave Paraide" which is to "Place Pavement x2". The player receives total 100 and 10 in reward.
