Jim Allen (born 1928 or 1929), better known as Rusty Nails, is an American clown. He was interviewed in The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special – In 3-D! On Ice!.

He is loosely based on Krusty the Clown, but Matt Groening says that Krusty's mean-spirited nature is nothing like Rusty Nails.
