The Sea Captain is not a real captain as exdposed by Lionel Hutz, he owns the Frying Dutchman (Formerly the Rusty Barnacle). he also Records Old sea Shanties including "Blowthe Man Down" and "In the Navy". Homer took him to court when he got kicked out of his restaurant for eating everything when it was alll you can eat.
