Fort Fragg was a United States Army Base located near Springfield. It contained a shower room as well as a Tank Hangar.

Bart Simpson, while suffering paranoia due to Focusyn, infiltrated the base and stole Tank keys from the pants belonging to a soldier in the shower room and hijacked a Tank that he drove through Springfield until he stopped at Springfield Elementary School with the intention of shooting down a Satellite in orbit that turned out to be a satellite belonging to the Major League Baseball association that spies on people.
