'Round Springfield is a episode about Bart that accidentally ate the metal Krusty-O, got a stomachache at the school, rushed to the ER and was dignosed with appendicitis.

Meanwhile Bart just have recovered from his appendectomy and showed his scar on his stomach to his classmates. Lisa vistited him and it was the same hospital where she met Bleeding Gums for the last time. Lisa was devestated when she found out that the Bleeding Gums had died.
