Captain Horatio McAllister, owner of The Frying Dutchman
The Frying Dutchman, owned by Captain Horatio McAllister, is first seen in the eighth episode of the fourth season "New Kid on the Block". It is an all-you-can-eat restaurant which Homer Simpson takes advantage of in "New Kid on the Block". When Captain McAllister gets annoyed at Homer for eating all the food, it turns into a court case.

In the Media

The restaurant appeared on Simpsons Road Rage in the Entertainment District World and if its location in the game is correct, it is located between Moe's Tavern and Planet Hype.
