Wall or Nothing is a Simpsons Comic Issue. In America it was released in Simpsons Comics #50.

Plot

The Lower Springfield Lake is closed for Upper Springfield water use. At a town meeting, Lisa reveals that Upper Springfield and Lower was never reunited by Jebidah Springfield's son. The town reparts and they build a wall. Lower Springfield is the side with water, and Upper is the more snooty side, which is out of water. Milhouse and Bart are stuck on opposites sides as Milhouse is staying with his dad, so Bart hosts a rescue mission. The town suddenly reunite, forgetting there old problems and the story ends with the whole town skinny dipping.

When Bart goes out to rescue Milhouse, Marge reminds him that he has not eaten his dinner. Homer than says "How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?", one of the many thing said by the teacher at the end of "Another Brick In The Wall, Pt. 2" from Pink Floyd's album, "The Wall"
