Nell Scovell is a one-time writer for The Simpsons and wrote "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish". She has since created the television series Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. Her other TV writing credits include Coach, Monk, Murphy Brown, Charmed, Newhart, "Letterman", "NCIS" and a few others.
