Billy is most recognized for his work hosting comedy shows in the 1990s such as Clash! and Afterdrive, the bulk of his work is in writing and producing. He has worked as a writer for Seinfeld, LateLine, and The Simpsons, and served as the executive producer of The Al Franken Show in 2004.
