Not sure where these place in yours; my orders a bit different; levels may vary, all depends what order you choose really:

Level 5

• "Property Values" - land expansion, cost $150, rewarded $100, 10XP
• "I Choo-Choo-Choose you" - add friends, cost 1 donut (i guess to skip finding a real friend?), rewarded 1 donut, 10xp
• "Getting Benched" - place a bench, make Lisa read a book; $240 bench, book takes 45s; rewarded $100, 10xp

Level 6

• "Put Up a Parking Lot" - Build a Parking Lot for the Kwik-E-Mart; costs 2*$175; rewarded $100 and 10XP
• "Pave Paradise" - Place Pavement; free; rewarded $100, 10XP
• "Slack-Jawed Yokel Pt. 1" - Build Cletus's Farm; $1200; 60 minutes;
• "Apu Plus Eight" - Make Apu Free the Octuplets; takes 60minutes
