So You've Decided to Steal Cable is an informational pamphlet handed out by employees of Springfield Cable to their customers.

History

When Homer got the Springfield Cable employee to install free cable in his house, he asked the employee if it was ok. The employee gave Homer the pamphlet and told him to read it if he was having second thoughts.

The pamphlet said that it's ok to pirate cable because cable companies are big faceless corporations. Upon reading this, Homer no longer felt bad about stealing cable.
