Herb Powell

Herbert Powell is Homer Simpson's Half Brother. He was "made" at the fair when Mona Simpson, Homer's Mother, cheated on Abraham. Herbert became rich with his Car Company. When Homer eventually found him, the two Brothers made a Deal. Homer made a Car which cost Herbert Millions and made Herbert Broke. He left, and told Homer that as Far as he was concerned, he had no Brother. Right. A few years later, Herbert came back, broke, and begged his Brother Homer for a Place to stay. While there, he created A device that translated baby language and became again. He looks exactley like Homer except he has brown hair.
