League of Evil was a grop of evil that Mr. Burns had. The group died after they not got any oxygen.
History
Mr. Burns want's use them after he was in war with Lisa Simpson and thinks he was one the way to lose. When he contact them, he discovered that they were dead. The died for they don't get any oxygen for they were trapped in a room at the power plant for a long time. He order then Smithers to collect there clocks.
