John Waters (born April 22, 1946) is an American actor and filmmaker, best known as the director of campy cult hits such as Pink Flamingos, Cry-Baby, and Hairspray. He voiced John in the episode "Homer's Phobia". He also appeared as an interviewee in The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special! In 3-D! On Ice!
John Waters was voted 9th in IGN's "Top 25 Simpsons Guest Stars".
