I Can See Clearly Now My Brain is Gone is an Itchy and Scratchy cartoon from Virtual Springfield.
Plot
Scratchy is typing on his computer when Itchy presses a button which makes the CD tray shoot out and shoot back in, with Scratchy's brain now from the CD tray and on the computer. Itchy clicks the mouse several times and Itchy pops his eyes in and out. Itchy presses "Delete" on the keyboard, Scratchy screams, and his head blows up.
