Carl the Effeminate Cat is the supposedly snobby, but extremely effeminate cat of Jeb Berkeley. Jeb killed him in late November 2005 when he started to participate in ||queer|homosexual|| with the dogs, who were refusing his homosexuality. He always acted nicey-nice to the family, and never tortured anyone. I like the dogs better.
