Origin
The Springfield Meltdowns were a Football team designed by Homer Simpson. His Team won in being selected in a contest instead of L.A. Unfortunately, Before the commissioner could open the team, he got lost, and was attacked by Abraham Simpson. When The other Simpsons arrived home, they found Abe with a Golf club standing over the unconcious Commissioner. When he regained conciousness, he told Homer that Springfield would never have a NFL team.
Home Stadium
The meltdowns home stadium was the Duff Beer Krusty Burger Buzz Cola Costingtons Department Store Kwik-E-Mart Stupid Flanders Park. It was later used for bull fighting after the team was cancelled.
