Imaginary mascot of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Soci, Russia. Bart creates a pin of this character by cutting out part of Homer's face from his Driver's Licence and trades it to the collectable pin salesman for Lisa's pearls. The salesman then imagines spending time with Fatov.
