It is a parody of the Hollywood sign. It appears in several episodes. It's biggest appearance was in Gone Maggie Gone. The sign was built by nuns and has the biggest RING in Springfield. On the sign are words that rearranged, can either say that Lisa is the jewel, or that Maggie id the jewel.
