Scratchy the Cat

Scratchy the Cat is a black cartoon cat, who appears in all of the Itchy & Scratchy cartoons in the series. He is also your everyday, run-of-the-mill cat, filled with a murderous desire to kill mice. A desire never once fulfilled. He wears white gloves. For no matter how clever the connivance, Scratchy always falls victim to Itchy's own diabolical schemes. Despite all of this chaos, Itchy and Scratchy remain the best of friends. Like Itchy, Scratchy rarely speaks. Perhaps because he is too busy, shrieking, yowling, wailing, and caterwauling.
