- Milhouse (Shelbyville) is another Milhouse but lives in Shelbyville. He is like Milhouse Van Houten in every way, they share: Blue hair, Big nose, similar voice and the use of the word 'radical' often. In Shelbynille there is a lot of equivalents of the people and places in Springfield, the Shelbyville Milhouse is considered one of them.
