Plot
Sideshow Bob is in prison and has been making a hypnotic flute, and with the instrument he is ready for his revenge. After Bart squirted Lisa with the fire extinguisher he gets a phone call. It turns out to be Sideshow Bob who starts playing on his hypnotic flute. Bart ends up in a trance and Bob asks him to "eat his shorts," which he does. Bob then asks Bart to play with the girls the next day at school, when the bell rings.
At the next school day Bart begins to play with the girls, and Bart becomes the laughingstock from his school friends. The next day, Bart gets a new phone call from Bob, and he asks him to play on the road at 5 PM. A few minutes before 5 PM, Bart remembers the call and must find a way to stop the traffic. He sees a truck full of honey and releases the honey to the street so the cars get stuck when they run into the street. It's now 5 PM and Bart starts playing on the road.
The next day, Bart asks Lisa for help, but she would not because she is still mad that Bart squirted her down, but she will soon help. Bart soon gets a phone call from Bob. Lisa then begins to play her highest note on her saxophone, which makes Bart fall out of the trance, and Bob's flute goes to pieces. Bob himself then falls into the hypnosis. Bart starts to give Bob some tasks as revenge.
