The Springfield Natural History Museum is mentioned as being destroyed in Moaning Lisa however it has since reappeared in later episodes. It's first visual appearance was in 'Scuse Me While I Miss the Sky and then later in The Monkey Suit. It is also where the Bartman Begins level takes place in The Simpsons Game.
