Synopsis
Lisa uses Bart as an unwitting test subject in her science experiment on the effects of decision fatigue.

Lisa reading online that around 4 pm are people tired of making decisions and she discover around 4pm that
Maggie having trouble choosing which of two toys, she'll play with, she chose not to play with anyone. Lisa then read online that snacks are a great way to give your brain power and she think that maybe why the British eat tea and scones at 4 pm. Lisa has now found out what she want to do for the next science project, she'll let Bart be making lots of decisions.
Marge points out to Lisa that Bart probably will not like it but after she took a bite snack she gets an idea, she'll do it without Bart finds out about it. The next day there is no school day so Lisa make his test on Bart then by let him helping her make the best skateboard model throughout the day. Around 4 pm has Bart trouble to help Lisa anymore, Marge gave then snacks to Bart and after Bart eating a cake complete Bart Lisa's test. Bart going then and watching TV while Lisa finishes her work. Marge whatching Lisa's proejct and points out that the image of the guinea pig is similar to Bart, but Lisa points out that no one outside the family will recognize him.
It's time for sciene fair and all students mocks Bart because they recognize that he is in Lisa's projects. Bart is depressed and tell to Lisa that he thought she wanted to have fun with him one day but it turned out now that she just used him as a project. Lisa feels bad for what she did and when she later intends to apologize to Lisa Bart exposes him her for a joke and they become friends again. Marge let then Bart and Lisa go and whatch a movies but they have problem to choose a movie but after Marge brings snacks to them they select the Vampire High. Marge then looks at Lisa's projects and says it is fun that science has found out what moms have known for centuries.
