Chester J. Lampwick was introduced as a hobbo. In this one episode its revealed that he created Itchy and that Roger Myers Snr stole the charachter off him along with a lot of other charachters.Chester J. Lampwick is almost certainly one of the shows oldest charachters in the fictional timeline.
