Arthur Bouvier

Uncle Arthur Bovier is the children's uncle. He only has three sisters Marge, Selma, and Patty. He has only been mentioned once; but the sisters were quite ashamed and said they would never speak of him again, Uncle Arthur is deceased. He used to have a saying, "Shoot 'em all and let God sort 'em out," until one day he put his theory into practice, and it "took 75 federal Marshalls to bring him down". When the sisters where talking about him, they had a picture of him in the wall, he looks exactly like clancy except has black hair and a hairstyle like Homer's Highschool self. No one knows what he did to bring the family to shame, No other information about him is know about him. People say he died because his family disliked him because he did something so wrong.
